Cambridge Health Alliance Malden Family Medicine Center

The project consisted of the build-out of a new state-of-the-art family medical center and outpatient facility in Malden for Cambridge Health Alliance. The new facility features the latest in medical technology, an on-site laboratory, and 7,600 SF of resident offices and group visit space. Throughout the project, several change orders were incorporated without extending the original completion date for an on-time and successful execution.
