Tom Comeau is the President of Commodore Builders, a $650M construction management firm focused on the Corporate, Commercial, Institutional, and Life Science sectors.  He has led the firm since its inception in 2002. Comeau, a fifth-generation builder with deep roots in the New England Region, has built Commodore on a foundation of excellent project planning, execution, and client service. Comeau’s guidance has shaped the unique way the firm connects and collaborates with clients, resulting in ninety percent repeat business.

Comeau holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology and earned his MBA from Northeastern University. He finds inspiration at the intersection of people, business, and technology.  He builds teams rooted in trust and collaboration, focused first on creating an environment where people can learn and grow.

Comeau was elected to the Wentworth Board of Trustees in 2025. He currently serves on the Resources Committee and the Real Estate Advisory Subcommittee at Wentworth. He also serves on the Board of Advisors for Boston Harbor Now and for Zoo New England.

Tom resides in Waltham with his wife Ann. The couple has three grown children and two grandchildren. Tom has a passion for classic cars and is currently restoring a 1970 Camaro Z28.
