Four Seasons Hotel Master Plan Renovations

The Master Plan renovation of the Four Seasons Hotel upgraded numerous areas throughout the 200 Boylston Street location including 255 bathrooms, 267 guest rooms, 6 corridors, 6 elevator lobbies, 6 State Suites, the Garden Wing (the Ballroom, Foyer, and 3 conference Rooms), 5 Garden Suites, and the Bristol Lounge. The updated guest rooms, corridors, and elevator lobbies feature unique wall coverings, millwork, flooring, furniture, lighting, and distinct palettes to provide a fresh and unique look to the hotel. Scope for the bathrooms included demolition, coring, framing, new plumbing – including isolation valves, fixtures, lighting, marble wall tiles, imported vanities, and Italian granite floor tiles. The work in each State Suite involved moving walls as well as building new wall coverings, installing carpets, and renovating a Master Bathroom and Powder Room. The renovations of the Garden Wing included new crown moldings, the re-upholstering of wall fabrics and Air Wall doors, millwork, stone countertops, carpeting, re-painting of walls and ceilings, and lighting. The Guest Suite renovation includes new flooring lighting, bathroom updates, wall coverings, and millwork.
