About This Project
This project includes the renovation of office and clinical laboratory space for the nationally renowned Mayo Clinic. The office area renovation is roughly 11,800 SF, and the remaining space includes a 25,200 SF lab space, completely fitted out and divided into the various wet and dry laboratories where Mayo scientists conduct their research. The complexity of the laboratory space resides with the new mechanical piping for the sanitary and acid waste systems and new plumbing to support the intricate RO/DI, compressed air and lab gas systems.
