Charles Services & Equipment Corporation is the self-perform labor and equipment affiliate of Commodore Builders. The team handles critical trades in-house to keep your projects on schedule and to deliver them with the highest quality. Our skilled tradespeople specialize in Laborer and Carpenter trades.
Laborer trade work (including but not limited to):
- general cleaning
- demolition
- concrete placement
- dumpster, trash, and debris removal
- moving and delivery of materials
- warehousing and storage
- protection of finished spaces
- final cleaning
Carpenter trade work (including but not limited to)
- safety and protection carpentry
- temporary construction
- gypsum drywall and framing
- wood framing and siding
- furnish and installation of doors, frames, and hardware
- millwork and architectural finish materials installation
- furnish and install specialties and appliances
