About This Project
Conversion of a former sushi restaurant into a high-end, fast service restaurant for B.GOOD. Located in Harvard Square, the new space features a new service area, dining spaces, upgraded MEP and HVAC systems, and new kitchen equipment. The fast-track schedule required close coordination with the owner’s millwork and equipment suppliers for ultimate success. The project was completed on-time and within budget despite challenging site logistics and foot traffic from tourists, local residents, and students.
