The project includes gut rehabilitation of the second and third floors for the men’s units and DMH staff spaces, new HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems serving these floors. Renovations as needed to the fire alarm and fire suppression systems on these floors. All plumbing and lighting fixtures are required to be anti-ligature type. Repairing of Terrazzo flooring, while replacing other finishes. The existing North recreational yard will be renovated and a new yard will be added.
