About This Project
Interior renovation of an existing masonry exterior, wood-framed building for SmartLabs’ new facility. The project included demolition and subsequent interior fit-out of labs, offices, and mechanical space. The team utilized BIM modeling and installed DIRTT walls to create a flexible lab and office space. The facility also features a vivarium and a walk-in freezer/cooler.
