The project involved the renovation the second floor for the Department of Mechanical Engineering, and floors 3-4 for the Department of Computer Science. The scope entailed major interior renovations to the second and third floors, as well as a conversion of the 4th floor space into various laboratories. Successful execution required careful coordination and preconstruction planning due to the technical nature of the University’s research and how a majority of the facility remained operational during the process.
