Simmons University Center for Student Success
300 Fenway, Boston

About This Project
The project scope consisted of demolition of the ground level floor of Simmons University’s existing library to create a space for their new Center for Student Success. The Center was created as an open space with a casual concept to create a collaborative setting for students to study and interact on projects. A portion of the space consists of one on one rooms, meeting rooms, and a bank of offices for library and administrative staff. There were extensive HVAC mechanical upgrades as well as new LED lighting installed throughout.
