About This Project
Pearson Hall, originally built in 1817, underwent a complete exterior renovation. Details of the work on the 3-story academic building included repointing of the brickwork, a new slate roof, repairs to the associated copper flashings and gutters, brownstone repairs and replacement, installation of new windows, wood and masonry repairs and a new ADA handicap ramp. Interior work included renovations to bathrooms and the stairs.

- One of the oldest landmarks on the Phillips Academy Andover campus
- Repaired the distinctive copper cupola and installed a new fiberglass balustrade system on the roof
- Completed on a challenging summer schedule while the campus remained in full use
