Epiphany School Early Learning Center
230 Centre Street, Dorchester

About This Project
The Epiphany School, a non-profit school for children of economically-disadvantaged families in Boston, was expanding their campus in Dorchester Center. The project involved adding a single-story pre-school, a 2-story gymnasium, and a 3-story residential building for on-site teachers. Despite extensive site work, logistically challenging design-build MEP’s, and working adjacent to an occupied residential building and an active K-12 school, the project was completed on schedule and under budget. The new Early Learning Center allows Epiphany School to offer extra support and resources to the students, their families, and graduates.
