Noel Southgate

Senior Project Manager

Noel Southgate

Who, living or dead, would you like to eat dinner with the most? And why?

Winston Churchill – His leadership as Prime Minister of England and his accomplishments in life have changed the World.

What is your favorite project you worked on and why?

My favorite project was the Lafayette Corporate Center – State Street Bank. It was my first taste at being a Superintendent on a low rise building in downtown Boston. It was a very challenging project due to its tight location within the City along with an aggressive construction schedule. The challenges are what made the award so great. In the end, it was a very successful project and gave me the confidence to move ahead in this industry.

How did you get into construction?

My Father was a Union Carpenter for Local 218 in Boston for 35 years. He introduced me to a Construction Manager on his project when I was young. After that meeting I was determined to pursue this career.

What is one thing on your bucket list and will you accomplish it?

I want to see my son accomplish his dreams as I have done. He is well on his way.
