What’s your secret talent that no one knows about?

I can focus on a situation or critical issue and accomplish a solution.

What is your favorite project you worked on and why?

The B Good Restaurant in Newport Towers Jersey City, New Jersey. This project was in a high-rise building. Nothing was easy on this project, but I learned a lot. Changes had to be made in the design several times after the start of construction. Everybody collaborated on every issue, and they were solved one by one. It was a great team effort and a fabulous learning experience.

How did you get into construction?

My father was a developer and I used to go to work with him on the weekends. I couldn’t wait for the weekend to come so I could help. He taught me so much in my younger years and gave me my passion to work in the construction industry today. My first job in construction was with Calvesco we did the site work at the Waltham Home Depot for Torrey Construction.

Who or what inspires you?

Mother Teresa. She was so compassionate and cared about others more than herself. She taught us the true meaning of charity.
