Sherin and Lodgen
is a 60-year old, Boston-based law firm, specializing in complex
transactional law and litigation.
Construction for their new office included a new reception area,
state-of-the-art training and lecture room, elegant conference
rooms, a 300 SF data center with a 24-hour cooling system, a central
high density filing system and a legal library that required
significant structural reinforcement. A new mail room, storage
space, lunch and pantry areas were also added to the environment.
This was a 10-week, fast-track project that required new finishes,
lighting and refinished millwork.
