Commodore has joined forces with Walsh Brothers to complete the new construction of a 12-story cast-in-place post tension concrete residential building on the corner of Broad Street and the Greenway in downtown Boston. The project creates a visual link between the high-density business district, the Custom House district and the Rose Kennedy Greenway.

The 100,000 SF building includes 36 condo units, with 3,500 SF of commercial space on the bottom floor including a cafe and retail. A 48-space, four-level automated below-ground garage is also included.

The first-floor amenities, as well as the lobby and entrance way are set within the historic Bulfinch warehouse. The space will be fully restored and re-imagined and the project will preserve two facades of the historic building, while demolishing the rest.

Construction includes slurry wall construction for the basement on an extremely tight site.
